- Palefur Cloak, Stoutheart Shawl and Verix’ Navigator Cloak are now correctly enchantable.
- Fixed an issue where Magnetic Band could not be disenchanted.
- Fixed an issue with Demon Hair Bow interacting with quivers.
- Master Strike (Mace) disorient effect is now cancelled by damage as intended.
- Fixed an issue where Echo of Medivh sometimes dropped only one item.
- Reduced damage of Wobblefree Fizz‑rifle.
- Fixed Arctiras using Frost Nova too often.
- Quest Saving the Shadowtooth will now show its rewards.
- Corrected drop rate for Iron Pommel.
- Fixed duplicate‑item issues with the Beached Sea Creature and Sea Turtle quests.
- Erennius should now always stop attacking after Solnius dies.
- It is no longer possible for multiple Razormane Pathfinders to spawn from the quest item.
- Enhancing Winds now properly increases block amount.
- Adjusted armor values of numerous NPCs in new dungeons and extensions.
- Fixed Magicspark Leggings losing their effect upon entering the Blood Ring.
- Jarg’ukk can now repair your items.
- Concoction of the Emerald Mongoose now grants healing power and spell crit as well.
- Fixed incorrect disenchant loot for Grim Reaches quest rewards.
- You can no longer use the appearance of quest items such as Egan’s Blaster for transmogrification.
- Anubisath Warders now select only two crowd‑control types instead of all possible ones.
- Cloudplate Wristguards armor increased from 246 to 346.
- Azure Silk Hood: Increased Intellect from 7 → 8, added 7 Frost Spellpower.
- Fixed an issue that caused Shield of Baggoth to have more block and less armor than intended.
- Changed several relics to be unique, matching other relics.
- Added missing 10 Arcane Resistance to Judgement Leggings and Judgement Legguards.
- Added missing 10 Frost Resistance to Judgement Helmet and Judgement Crown.
- Added missing 10 Fire Resistance to Judgement Chestguard and Judgement Chestplate.
- Added a 10‑minute cooldown to Shadow‑Weaver’s Cape slow‑fall effect.
- Fixed the Rune‑Etched item set not granting its set bonuses.
- Fixed sheathing for Spire of Channeled Power.
- Horn of Engryss: removed on‑use Thorns effect, increased armor from 15 → 30, added 8 Stamina and 3 Nature Damage Thorns effect.
- Jadestone Protector: replaced 3 % Resilience with 1 % Block Chance, increased Defense from 8 → 9.
- Thunder Brew Special Reserve no longer disappears after some time.
- Changed Darnassus Sentinel Glaive’s weapon type to One‑Handed Sword.
- Half Eaten Mutton Chop is now a One‑Handed Mace, allowing transmogrification.
- Slightly reduced Stormreaver Fang’s sell price.
- Rufus’ Trusty Tankard: reduced DPS from 31.7 → 25.6, reduced Stamina from 8 → 6. Updated disenchant output.
- Kinrial’s Scalpel: reduced DPS from 31.6 → 25.6, reduced Strength from 8 → 6, reduced Agility from 7 → 5. Updated disenchant output.
- Noppsy’s Compendium: reduced Intellect from 8 → 6. Updated disenchant output.
- Nippsy’s Precision Rifle: reduced DPS from 24.7 → 20.7, reduced Agility from 6 → 4, reduced Intellect from 5 → 4. Updated disenchant output.
- Ionized Metal Grips: reduced Armor from 152 → 147, reduced Stamina from 6 → 4.
- Fixed a name typo for Northwind Guard Breaches.
- Fixed an issue where Legacki could become stuck.
- Fixed an issue where Poisonous Mushroom dealt more damage than intended.
- Removed unused Davingrad’s Camp from the Cartographer achievement requirement.
- In‑game messages that were previously English‑only can now be localized.
- Varimathras will no longer attack players during the quest To Catch a Rat.
- Dark Rider summoned during the quest Scythe of the Goddess will now despawn when combat ends.
- Gloves of Unwinding Mystery: Spellpower lowered from 22 → 9.
- The mailbox has been added to Dun Kithas.
- Players can now acquire another Orphan Whistle if the original is lost while completing the Children’s Week questline.
- Torble Sparksprocket and all associated quests have been removed.
- Hardcore players can no longer earn XP inside battlegrounds.
- Whirlwind can now trigger weapon procs.
- Deep Wounds has been fixed to deal the intended amount of damage.
- Critical damage from Coordinated Assault can now enable the ability Baited Shot.
